1. What we sell

ProofMyFlight provides flight reservations (booking holds) created in airline booking systems, with a genuine airline reference (PNR) verifiable on the carrier's website. A reservation is intended to serve as proof of onward travel for visa applications, airline check-in and border formalities.

A reservation is not a paid airline ticket. It does not allow you to board a flight. It remains verifiable for approximately 72 hours from issuance, after which it expires automatically.

2. Ordering

3. Pricing and payment

The price is displayed before payment and charged once — no subscription, no hidden fees. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Our guarantee

If your reservation cannot be verified on the airline's website during its validity period, contact us at support@proofmyflight.com: we will reissue it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.

5. Proper use

You are responsible for checking the exact requirements of the embassy, airline or authority you are dealing with; requirements vary by country and visa type and can change. ProofMyFlight makes no guarantee that a given authority will accept a reservation as sufficient documentation, and is not responsible for visa refusals, denied boarding or any decision made by third parties.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect damages, travel costs, or losses resulting from decisions of airlines, embassies or border authorities.
